Please note that we have a no exchange and no refund policy. Please note all styles and accessories that are shipped undergoes a strict quality check process prior to dispatch, which is also documented prior to dispatch. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have made the necessary checks prior to ordering, to ensure there are no issues in sizes. If you need any support with regards to sizing, please feel free to contact us via DM through Instagram or via email. 

If in the the unfortunate circumstances, the outer packaging of your parcel arrives damaged, please kindly refuse the delivery and ask the courier delivery service to return the parcel back to us.
